Q: I MADE A MISTAKE on my registration request. Should I submit ANOTHER form?
A: No. DO NOT send another form. Just REPLY to the copy we sent you and advise us of the issue.
Q: I DIDN'T GET A COPY OF MY REGISTRATION form. What do I do now?
A: Check your junk/spam folders. If you don't have it, it's because you didn't click SUBMIT, or you provided an incorrect email address to us. If you didn't get a copy, you are NOT registered. Just go back and register, then click SUBMIT. Read the POPUP message box advising you to check your email.
Q: I didn't get my PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS. What do I do now?
A: Review the 'Required Reading" section and see step 3.
Q: How can I tell if the event still has spaces available?
A: If it doesn't say 'SOLD OUT" then we have spaces available!
Q: Can I CHANGE NAMES for one of my guests that I registered?
A: If you wish to bring a substitute in place of a registered guest, please reply to the booking confirmation email with your substitutions. You can also text or phone us. Changes are permitted up to 24 hrs prior to the event. Changes are not accepted at the event.
Q: Can I still do a LAST MINUTE REGISTRATION? Or should I just drop into an event?
A: To get in LAST MINUTE, you need to submit a registration then immediately call or text Angelina at (780) 814-3356. Unless we have posted otherwise, do not just show up.
Q: Can I get a REFUND for a GUEST CHANGE?
A: No. You must work out your own arrangements with your guests.
Q: Can I get a REFUND if I didn't actually go to the event I was registered for?
A: No. We do not provide refund for no-shows.
Q: Can I get a REFUND (or CREDIT if I cancel?
A: For cancellations, we only offer a refund (or credit for a different date) when BOTH of the following conditions apply:
1) The event is listed as " SOLD OUT" and;
2) We are able to REFILL YOUR SPOT with another guest from our wait list.
Due to our obligation to the host artists and backroom, this policy is strictly applied.
Q: Can I order food at the event?
A: Due to limited space, please eat in the main bar area before coming to the backroom to paint.
